FST Terms of Service
1. Service
FST calculates target temperatures from weather, vehicle state and your preferences, and sends climate commands through Tesla's official API when you enable them. FST is not an official Tesla product and has no affiliation with or endorsement from Tesla, Inc.
2. Conditions of Use
You must be legally authorized to use the Tesla account and vehicle, and your authorization and actions must not infringe others' rights. Do not use FST to bypass vehicle safety mechanisms, attack services or control vehicles you are not authorized to use.
3. Safety Limits
Networks, offline vehicles, Tesla APIs, weather data and device failures may delay or prevent calculations and commands. FST cannot replace your judgment about the vehicle environment, occupants and driving safety. Do not rely on it for life safety or medical protection.
4. Account and Authorization
At any time, stop FST, withdraw location consent, disconnect Tesla or delete your FST account. You can also fully revoke Tesla-side authorization in your Tesla account's third-party app management.
5. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
FST offers a monthly plan at CNY 6.8/month and an annual plan at CNY 49/year. New subscribers eligible under App Store rules receive a 1-month free trial. Only one introductory offer is available per subscription group, with final eligibility determined by the App Store. After the trial, your selected plan is charged. Unless canceled before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically and is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in system settings or your Apple account's subscriptions. FST provides 7 days of continuous service grace after the paid period ends. Apple renewals or re-verification in the app update the service deadline. When grace ends with no new expiry, Tesla credentials, vehicle associations, temperature records and learned preferences are automatically cleared. Subscribing again after clearing requires reconnecting Tesla and may require vehicle pairing and asset downloads. Refunds or revocations immediately stop eligibility, while service data is cleared under the periods above. Actual prices, taxes, renewal dates and offer eligibility are shown on the purchase confirmation screen. Apple handles refunds under its rules.
