Operator: Gu Zhentao (individual developer). Contact: gantzx@icloud.com. Applies to FST overseas services in North America and Asia Pacific outside mainland China. Account authorization, access/refresh credentials, authorized vehicle identifiers and status, vehicle APIs and telemetry. FST uses Tesla North America endpoints for matching account regions. Tesla processes this data under its own terms.
The App Store handles purchases and subscriptions. FST verifies signed transactions, product/transaction identifiers, account binding identifiers, validity and renewal/refund state. Apple Push Notification service handles device notification identifiers and notification content. Apple signed notifications are handed to the overseas service after local verification and overseas ownership checks; they are not forwarded to another third party.
FST backend computation, storage and network infrastructure on a Shanghai host. Overseas and China services are separate.
Overseas weather uses only Apple WeatherKit. Location needed for weather queries is sent only after separate location consent and weather activation. Without either, this data flow is disabled. The overseas service does not use QWeather and introduces no advertising or additional third-party recipient.

FST queries Apple transaction history and current status only for subscriptions already bound to overseas accounts, to validate subscription access and handle out-of-order refunds. Apple provides these status responses. This implementation adds no new third party, advertising purpose or location purpose.
